Hello,
I saw the videos that you are using for product training, and notice that these videos are in version 3.0. im facing a little problem in version 3. while watching the video a screen comes saying "Buffering video Please wait....". if the video is of 5 minutes then it takes same amount time for buffering also. i have to actually push the play button to start the video. even if i do this it keeps pausing in between and i have to press the play button again and again, which is not good to see and to even send to someone.
but in your case video started automatically without the message of "Buffering video Please wait...." and it even did not pause any where in between.
what do i do? is there any way i can set the autoplay feature on. that seems to be the solution but im not able to get the place where i can do that.

I am a new rep.As soon as i go to create new video for the 1st time then activex controls need to be installed.However it has been over 1 week and this issue is not resolved.The gold bar appears and i say install even after that the installation process does not end.Everytime i log out and oepn "Video Web Mail" the page shows me that activex is still getting installed.The page just seems to be stuck.Is there anyone who can resolve this issue.I have contacted global support and they also not provided me with a solution as yet.

Hi Mandakinee,
Whilst waiting for the response from Global Support, I would suggest you search for any potential solutions in Google. Sometimes the problems are more to do with the version of the browser that you are using than with the Product by itself.
Once you find a solution, do post it to this forum so that others who are facing the same issue also benefit from this.
