Hello Leaders

Watch This short video that tells you what Web Mail is. Click Here.

Also Download the Web Mail User Guide , a 11 page pdf that walks you through system compatibility options etc.

Below I have compiled a list of videos you might want to check out

2.How to Customize the playback screen?

3.How to make changes after the mail has been sent?

4.How to upload a video from the system?

5.How to upload a video from the video library?

6.How to us the "My Account" feature?

... will be updated regularly.

If have any queries on the videos leave it as a reply here with heading the same heading of the video.
If you want any other feature of webmail discussed again al you have to do it leave it as a reply.
We will respond as soon as possible.

Videomail version 3

Post by 150737 on Mon Feb 09, 2009 6:26 am

Hello,
I saw the videos that you are using for product training, and notice that these videos are in version 3.0. im facing a little problem in version 3. while watching the video a screen comes saying "Buffering video Please wait....". if the video is of 5 minutes then it takes same amount time for buffering also. i have to actually push the play button to start the video. even if i do this it keeps pausing in between and i have to press the play button again and again, which is not good to see and to even send to someone.

but in your case video started automatically without the message of "Buffering video Please wait...." and it even did not pause any where in between.

what do i do? is there any way i can set the autoplay feature on. that seems to be the solution but im not able to get the place where i can do that.

I am a new rep.As soon as i go to create new video for the 1st time then activex controls need to be installed. However it has been over 1 week and this issue is not resolved. The gold bar appears and i say install even after that the installation process does not end.Everytime i log out and oepn "Video Web Mail" the page shows me that activex is still getting installed. The page just seems to be stuck. Is there anyone who can resolve this issue.I have contacted global support and they also not provided me with a solution as yet.

My Video web mail issue

Post by shashisp.mvt on Sun May 24, 2009 8:28 pm

Hi Mandakinee,

Whilst waiting for the response from Global Support, I would suggest you search for any potential solutions in Google. Sometimes the problems are more to do with the version of the browser that you are using than with the Product by itself.

Once you find a solution, do post it to this forum so that others who are facing the same issue also benefit from this.

Regards,
Shashi
